WHEREAS, an Application for Home Occupation was filed
with the City by Ellen O'Connell , on the 4th day
of April , 19 90 , and a copy of the Application
is attached hereto:
WHEREAS, the matter having come before the Laurel City- County
Planning Board for recommendation;
WHEREAS, the Planning Board, after full consideration of the
Application at its regular meeting of April 12, 1990 , it was
moved by Joe Bradley , seconded by Lonnie Kellogg that
the Planning Board recommend to the cc City Council that the
Application be r re o and the ai c motion was
da by a vote of 8 in favor and 0 opposed
(MCA Section 76 -1 -304) requiring the concurrence of at least
six Board members to take any official action.)
Therefore, the Laurel City Council is hereby informed that
the Planning Board recommends that the Application for Home
Occupation by Ellen O'Connell be:
Granted, subject to the following special conditions:
X Referred back to the City License Committee and City
Council for consideration.
Denied.
