WHEREAS, an Application for Home Occupation was filed
with the City by Curtis Doherty , on the 12th day
of October , 198 8 , and a copy of the Application
is attached hereto:
WHEREAS, the matter having come before the Laurel City- County
Planning Board for recommendation;
WHEREAS, the Planning Board, after full consideration of the
Application at its regular meeting of October 13, 1988 , it was
moved by Don Gudgell , seconded by Grace Edwards that
the Planning Board recommend to the City Council that the
Application be granted/0=M, and the said motion was passed/
&m emecX by a vote of 10 in favor and 0 opposed
(MCA Section 76 -1 -304) requiring the concurrence of at least
six Board members to take any official action.)
Therefore, the Laurel City Council is hereby informed that
the Planning Board recommends'that the Application for Home
Occupation by Curtis Doherty be:
X Granted, subject to the following special conditions:
no traffic coming to home
no displaying of goods in home
Denied.
