WHEREAS, an Application for Home Occupation was filed
with the City by Lynn Nordahl , on the 11th day
of October , 1988 , and a copy of the Application
is attached hereto:
WHEREAS, the matter having come before the Laurel City- County
Planning Board for recommendation;
WHEREAS, the Planning Board, after full consideration of the
Application at its regular meeting of Oct. 13, 1988 , it was
moved by Grace Edwards , seconded by Don Gudgell that
the Planning Board recommend to the City Council that the
Application be granted/Ma , and the said motion was passed/
dgE4XYX5 by a vote of 10 in favor and 0 opposed
(MCA Section 76 -1 -304) requiring the concurrence of at least
six Board members to take any official action.)
Therefore, the Laurel City Council is hereby informed that
the Planning Board recommends that the Application for Home
Occupation by Lynn Nordahl be:
X Granted, subject to the following special conditions:
no extra traffic coming into the home.
no excess garbage
Denied.
