Procedure 1. Complete home occupation request form and submit it to the City seven (7) working days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board. 2. The Planning Board will consider the request at their regu- larly scheduled meeting. Attendance at this meeting- is required by the applicant or his /her representative. 3. The Planning Board will make a recommendation to the City Council that the specific request for a home occupation designation be granted or denied. • 4. The City Council will consider the Planning Board's recom- mendation concerning the specific home occupation designation and approve or deny it at their next regularly scheduled meeting. Attendance by the applicant or his /her represent - ative is required at this meeting. L �AOp u.N C �� ' i JET., ;A % % 0 J►T r as- SS dart `. ) W�8 LAUREL- YELLOWSTONE CITY- COUNTY PLANNING BOARD LAUREL, MONTANA 59044 WHEREAS, an Application for Home Occupation was filed with the City by William Fillner , on the 22 day of March , 1988 , and a copy of the Application is attached hereto: WHEREAS, the matter having come before the Laurel City- County Planning Board for recommendation; WHEREAS, the Planning Board, after full consideration of the Application at its regular meeting of April 14, 1988 , it was moved by Donna Kilpatrick , seconded by Velda Thomas that the Planning Board recommend to the City Council that the Application be granted /denied, and the said motion was passed/ iNgi;e` by a vote of six in favor and zero opposed (MCA Section 76 -1 -304) requiring the concurrence of at least six Board members to take any official action.) Therefore, the Laurel City Council is hereby informed that the Planning Board recommends'that the Application for Home Occupation by William Fillner be: x Granted, subject to the following special conditions: no extra traffic, garbage, no clients, no storage of paint on premises.
