PLANNING BOARD ON AUGUST 27, 1965.
The following members have been appointed either by the City or the
County, according to law:
Dick Black
John Daley
Thomas L. Bradley
Ken Christian
Tom Mathis
Merritt Williams
Don Ronan
Bert Ward
Dave Murray.
The first meeting was opened with the following members present:
Dick Black
Tom Mathis
Bert Ward
John Daley
Ken Christian
Don Ronan
Thomas L. Bradley.
It was moved by Ken Christian that John Daley assume the chairmanship;
seconded by Dick Black and carried.
Thereafter it was moved by Ken Christian that nom i nations be closed;
unanimously carried.
It was moved by Dick Black, that Thomas Bradley act as secretary of
the board, being a ninth member of the board; to be paid $50. 00 per month.
Seconded by Ken Christian; and carried. A motion was made by Ken
Christian that the nominations be closed. Motion unamiously carried.
After some discussion, it was moved by Ken Christian that the meetings
be held at 5:00 P. M. on the first Wednesday of each month, with the
exception of the September meeting which was held at 5:00 P. M. , on the
8th of September. Seconded by Don Ronan. Carried.
It was moved by Dick Black that the secretary and chairman prepare proposed
By -Laws governing the operation of the City- County Planning Board and
submit them at a future date. Second by Tom Mathis. Carried.
There being no further business to come before the . d cha' man
closed the meeting. /,
