September 8, 1965.
Chairman, John Daley called a meeting of the board at 5:00 P. M. ,
with the following members present:
John Daley
Dave Murray
Merritt Williams
Bert Ward
Thomas L. Bradley
Mr. Ward and Jim O'Brien, Engineer from Billings, appeared in regard
to the proposed Ward Subdivision plat. After general discussion, it was
moved by Ward that an L shaped alley, running north and south, opening
up to the west and joining with the east -west alley of the Laurmac Sub-
division be included in the plat. That an additional ten feet be dedicated
on First Avenue North to straighten out First Avenue. With these additions,
the proposed plat was approved. Seconded by Ken Christian. Carried.
Mr. O'Brien was instructed to submit a completed plat for the next meeting.
There being no further business, the chairman closed the meeting.
