ON NOVEMBER 3, 1965.
Chairman, John Daley, called a meeting of the Board at 5:00
P. M. , with the following members present:
John Daley
Bert Ward
Dick Black
Kenneth Christian
Don Ronan
Thomas L. Bradley.
The Secretary reported that the plat of the Morris Subdivision,
Third Filing, was ready for the Board's discussion. After a general dis-
cussion, it was moved by Dick Black, seconded by Ken Christian, that the plat
be approved and that the park requirements be set at $200. 00. Motion carried.
Chairman, John Daley, reported that he had prepared a Certificate
of Survey upon the Marion V. Coleman property, lying south of the city, close
to the Carbon County line and that under previous Board procedure, a Certifi-
cate of Survey would be allowed on this property lying outside of the possible
growth area of the city; that because the parties were in a hurry, the Chair-
man had the Secretary telephone all available board members and that those
contacted, being a majority of the board, approved the filing of a Certificate
of Survey. The Chairman then called for a motion to approve this procedure.
It was moved by Dick Black, seconded by Bert Ward, that said action be
approved. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the Chairman closed the
meeting.
