MINUTES OF THE LAUREL CITY - COUNTY PLANNING BOARD ON
DECEMBER 27, 1965.
A special meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board
was called by the Chairman, John Daley, at 5:00 P. M. , December 27, 1965,
in the council chambers, with the following members present:
John Daley
Dick Black
Don Ronan
Bert Ward
Tom Mathis
Dave Murray
Secretary, Tom Bradley.
The Chairman announced that the special meeting was called
to consider the Ward Subdivision plat and the request by the Wards to be
allowed to get a utility easement running North and South through the property,
instead of an alley. After general discussion, it was moved by Mathis,
seconded by Black, that the utility easement be approved, subject to Black
contacting the utilities company to see if they have any objection. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the matter was adjourned.
