A meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board was
called by the Chairman, John Dailey on December 9, 1966.
The following board members were present:
Dick Black
Ken Christian
Merritt Williams
Don Ronan
Tom Mathis
John Daley
Tom Bradley.
Mr. O'Brien, Engineer and Mr . Rosselot appeared and pre-
sented a plat of the Beartooth View Subdivision. After General discussion,
it was moved by Dick Black, seconded by Ken Christian, that we approve the
plat, providing the park requirement of 44, 323 square feet on the south
edge of the property be made.
Mr. Daley stated that the Laurel Golf and Recreation Association wanted a
letter stating that their plan was in accordance with our thinking in the
area. It was moved by Ken Christian, seconded by Dick Black, that we
write the letter. Motion carried.
The Dave Frank Certificate of Survey Southwest of Laurel was presented for
approval. It was moved by Tom Mathis, seconded by Merritt Williams,
that we approve. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
