MINUTES OF THE LAUREL CITY- COUNTY PLANNING BOARD
A meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board was
called by the Chairman, John Dailey on February 2, 1967, at 5:00 o'clock
P. M.
The following board members were present:
John Daley
Merritt Williams
Dick Black
Bert Ward
Dave Murray
Tom Mathis
Ken Christian
Tom Bradley.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Dave Murray requested the Board to consider accepting a
donation of Block 14 of the Laurmac Subdivision, Amended, as a park site;
the donation to be by the Laurel Security Company. After general discussion,
it was moved by Merritt Williams, seconded by Dick Black, that it be offered
to the City and if the City is not interested, then to the County of Yellowstone.
Motion carried.
Jim O'Brien appeared with a proposed Certificate of Survey
for the gravel pit on the O'Neill property East of town. After general
discussion, it was moved by Merritt Williams, seconded by Dick Black
that we approve the Certificate of Survey, subject to a right -of -way for
the area within the certificate being obtained for a road from the highway to
the site. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
