The regular meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board was
called by the Chairman, John Daley on April 17, 1967 at 5:00 o'clock P. M. ,
The following board members were present:
John Daley
Merritt Williams
Dave Murray
Ken Christian
Tom Bradley
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
President, John Daley presented a Certificate of Survey for
Julius Gruhlke, regarding property in the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of
Section Four (4), Township Two (2) South, Range 24 East, M. P. M. After
general discussion, it was moved by Ken Christian, seconded by Merritt
Williams that we approve the Certificate of Survey if the certificate is for
the transfer to Yellowstone County of a gravel pit, but not approve the same
if it was for the transfer of any other property. Motion carried. The
President informed the Board that he would find out the purpose for the
certificate.
The President presented a Certificate of Survey for Harold
Knaub on property in the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section 10, Township
2 South, Range 23 East. The President stated that he knew the certificate was
for transfer purposes of a gravel pit to Yellowstone County. It was moved by
Murray, seconded by Christian, that we approve the certificate. Motion
carried.
President Daley presented a, Certificate of Survey for Mr.
Wagner, said property located in the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section 27,
Township 1, South, Range 23 East. It was pointed out that the property was
really outside our jurisdictional area, but for the convenience of the parties,
it was requested that we approve it. It was moved by Murray, seconded by
Williams that we approve the same. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
