The regular meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board
met May 11, 1967, with the following members present:
John Daley
Tom Mathis
Ken Christian
Dave Murray
Merritt Williams
Dick Black
Tom Bradley.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The Chairman presented a letter on behalf of the Rosselot Family,
requesting our approval of the abandonment of the streets in the Rosselot Sub-
division. After general discussion, it was moved by Williams, seconded by
Christian, that we approve. Motion carried.
The Chairman again presented the proposed Gruhlke Certifi-
cate of Survey. After general discussion, the Board referred the matter back
to the Chairman to meet with Mr. Gruhlke and suggest to him that he con-
sider platting the area.
The Chairman presented a proposed Certificate of Survey in
Section 19, for Mr. Lenhardt and Mr. Henry Reiter. After general discussion,
it was moved by Williams, seconded by Black that we approve. Motion carried.
The Chairman presented a proposed Certificate of Survey for Mr.
Herden on land located in the SW1 /4 of Section 7. After general discussion,
it was moved by Christian, seconded by Williams, that we approve the certifi-
cate. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
