A meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board was
held on the 18th day of July, 1969, at 5 o'clock P, M.
Chairman, John Daley, called the meeting to order with the
following members present:
John Daley
Tom Mathis
Merritt Williams
Don Ronan
Ken Christian
Tom Bradley.
The President submitted a letter from the Department of
Housing and Urban Development under date of the 21st of June, 1969, setting
forth the requirements of the Department for grants based on planning.
John Daley presented a request by Clarence Herbert to allow
a Certificate of Survey on a building site on the West end of the Sherrow
property facing Maryland Lane. After general discussion, it was suggested
that we talk to the parties, to see if a formal plat on the area could not be filed.
There being no further business, it was unanimously moved that
we adjourn. Meeting adjourned.
