A meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board was held
on October 10, 1969, at 4:30 o'clock P. M.
Chairman, John Daley, called the meeting to order with the
following members present:
John Daley
Ken Christian
Merritt Williams
Dick Black
Tom Mathis
Tom Bradley.
Mr. Ebersviller appeared on behalf of the City Council and
presented a Certificate of Survey No. 917 Second Amended, for Del Teeters.
After a general discussion, it was moved by Dick Black, seconded by Merritt
Williams, that we approve the same. Motion carried.
There was a general discussion of the proposed jurisdictional
area of the Laurel City- County Planning Board and it was decided to put the
boundaries to the county line on the West and South, or to the nearest county
road within a 4 1/2 mile area to the East and North. The President reported
that such a jurisdictional map had been prepared and should be in the Billings
file. He was requested to obtain a copy of the same.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
