A meeting of the Laurel Cit- County Planning Board was held
on January 15, 1970, at 5 o'clock P. M. ,
Chairman, John Daley called the meeting to order with the
following members present:
Tom Mathis
Dick Black
Emil Ebersviller
John Daley
Tom Bradley.
John Daley presented a proposed Subdivision for Dave Frank in
the North Half of the North Hall (N1 /2 N1 /2) of Section 20, Township 2 South,
Range 24 East. There had previously been filed two Certificates of Survey
in the area and after a general discussion, it was decided that the plat would
be waived for the time being and one additional Certificate of Survey would
be allowed to be filed. It was so moved by Dick Black, seconded by Ebersviller,
carried.
Chariman, John Daley, presented a letter dated June 26, 1969,
from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, pursuant to the
Storm Drainage Project, listing 4 requirements. It was moved by Black,
seconded by Ebersviller, that we approve the project; approve the goals
and objectives for the developfnentof the Laurel Urban Area and the Water
and Sewers Facilities Plan submitted by the Engineer's Office, and we so
notified the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
