A meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board was held
on the 4th of February, 1970 at 4:00 o'clock P. M.
Chairman, John Dailey, called the meeting to order with the
following members present:
John Dailey
Don Ronan
Ken Christian
Dick Black
Tom Mathis
Tom Bradley.
James Worthington appeared with a proposed plat of the Knaub
Farm located in the North Hall (N1 /2) of Sectionl0. After a general discussion,
the Board instructed Mr. Worthington to inform the owner that there would be
sewer and water problems in the area. That, in addition, there could be diffi-
culty with coming into the city limits, because of intervening land. Mr. Worthing - ;
ton said that he would so inform the owner. Therefore, it was moved by Dick
Black that the proposed plat be tentatively approved. Seconded by Ken Christian.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
