A meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board was held on
the 11th day of February, 1971, at 4 o'clock P. M.
Chairman John Daley called the meeting to order with the follow-
ing members present:
John Daley
Dick Black
Emil Ebersviller
Don Ronan
Tom Mathis
Tom Bradley
Chairman Daley had three Certificates of Survey to approve, the
first was an Amendment of Certificate of Survey No. 760, being the Southwest
Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty -two (22), Township Two (2) South, Range
Twenty -four (24) East, M. P. M. for Bob Erb. The second one was also for
Bob Erb and located in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twenty -one (21),
Township Two (2) South, Range Twenty -four (24) East, M. P. M. These were
adjoining properties and Mr. Erb was trying to put together an agricultural unit.
After general discussion, it was moved that they approve the Certificate of Survey
by Black, seconded by Ebersviller, with the condition that the owners be informed
that if any further subdividing were attempted, it would be necessary to file a
legal plat. Motion carried.
The third Certificate of Survey was an island in the Yellowstone
River owned by August Norman that had been approved verbally previously by the
members, and after general discussion, it was moved by Black and seconded by
Ebersviller that we approve the same. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
