The Laurel City - County Planning Board meeting was held on the 25th day
of August, 1971 at 4: 00 o'clock P. M. with the following members present:
John Daley
Emil Ebersviller
Tom Ronan
Dick Black
Merritt Williams
Tom Bardley
The meeting was called to order at 4: 00 oclock P. M. by President John
Daley. Mr. Graham and Mr. Mace appeared to discuss a proposed residen-
tial subdivision and horse track on 95 acres west of 8th Avenue. There was
general discussion regarding the same, and it was suggested that we attempt
to set up a good sized park area between the two subdivisions. It was furt her
suggested that a preli mi nary sketch be submitted before any actual subdivision
work began.
President Daley presented Certificate of Survey #187 for the Olzack
property located south of the weigh station on the east side of Laurel and
being in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 25 East.
Af ter general discussion, it was moved by Black that we approve
seconded by Ebersviller and carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
