The Laurel City - County Planning Board meeting was held on the 27th day of
March, 1972, at 4:00 o'clock P. M., with the following members present:
John Daley
Merritt Williams
Emil Ebersviller
Kenneth Christian
Dick Black
Tom Bradley
Dave Murray presented a proposed certificate of survey to amend Lot 2 of the
Lefever Certificate of Survey No. 496. It was pointed out by the Board that
previously we stated we would not allow any further break up of this area with-
out a formal plat. However, Mr. Murray stated that the present break up was
being made to enable him to purchase the land so that the entire area north of
12th Street to 8th Avenue and up to the Rosselot Subdivision could be sub - divided
by him. With this understanding, it was moved by Black, seconded by Williams,
that we approve the amendment. Motion carried.
Mr. Daley reported on a proposed certificate of survey on the Brano land south
of the city and west of the slaughter house . After general discussion, it was
moved by Ebersviller, seconded by Williams, that we approve a certificate of
survey. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
