The Laurel City- County Planning Board meeting was held on the 10th day of
July, 1972, at 4:30 o'clock P. M. , with the following members present:
John Daley
Emil Ebersviller
Merritt Williams
Don Ronan
Tom Bradley
A Certificate of Survey was presented for Krug Brothers on land lying in
Section 31 and 33, Township 2 South, Range 24 East. After general discussion,
it was moved by Williams, seconded by Ebersviller, that we approve. Motion
carried.
Two Certificates of Survey for George Hart were presented on land lying in
Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 24 East. After general discussion, it was
moved by Williams, seconded by Ebersviller, that we approve. Motion
carried.
Dave Murray, Harlan Lund, and Robert Rosselot appeared in regard to a proposed
subdivision to be known as "Murray Heights" and running north from 12th Street
to the Rosselot Subdivision. During general discussion, it was pointed out to
Mr. Murray and Mr. Rosselot that there would be sewer and water problems in
regard to the subdivision and that the City Council is discussing placing a sur-
charge on new lots hooking up to the city sewer and water system. After further
general discussion, it was moved by Williams, seconded by Ronan, that we ap-
prove the proposed subdivision. Motion carried.
A proposed Certificate of Survey for Mr. Herman, concerning land in Section 8,
adjoining 8th Avenue, to the City of Laurel, was presented. After general dis-
cussion, it was unanimously agreed to table the matter until the entire Board
could meet to discuss the same.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
