April 25, 1973
The Laurel City- County Planning Board meeting was held on the 25th
day of April, 1973, at 4:00 o'clock P. M. , with the following members
present:
Merritt Williams
Emil Ebersviller
Don Ronan
Tom Mathis
John Daley
Tom Bradley
Mr. Lund presented a proposed plat for a subdivision to be called
"Montana Meadows" located in the Southeast Quarter, Section Two,
Township 2 South, Range 24 East. After general discussion, it was
moved by Merritt Williams that we approve the tentative proposed plat;
seconded by Mathis, and carried.
Julius Gruhlke appeared before the Board and requested the Board to
set cash park requirements in regard to his amended plat. After
general discussion, it was moved by Merritt Williams that ve set the
park requirements for $250. 00 Cash; seconded by Mathis, carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
