A meeting of the Laurel City- County Planning Board was called to
order by John Daley on the 25th of April, 1974, at 4:30 P. M. , with the
following members present:
Dr. John Smith
Ken Christian
Henry Gomer
Tom Mathis
Tom Bradley
John Daley
Don Hudson appeared with a proposed plat of the Hudson Subdivision,
2nd Filing. After general discussion, it was moved by Ken Christian,
seconded by Tom Mathis, that we approve the proposed plat, subject to
the provision that a dedicated access be shown for Lot 11. Motion carried.
Mr. Hudson requested that we set the park requirements in cash rather
than a land donation. After general discussion, it was moved by Ken
Christian that we set the park requirements at $350. 00 cash. Seconded
by Henry Gomer; motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
