MINUTES
Meeting - August 5,1974
A Planning Board Meeting was called for 4:00 p.m., August 5, 1974 at
the Council Chambers. Those present were Henry Gomer, Don Ronan, Tom Mathis and
Ken Christian, Mr. Robert Mace presented the board with his propsed Malit Sub-
division in the northwest corner of town wishing to have the plot approved for
filing by the county commissioners. At this meeting we elected Merritt Williams
as acting or temporary president and Ken Christian as acting secretary for the
time being until the board can be reorganized after the city appoints two new
members on it. The motion was made by Mr. Mathis, seconded by Mr. Gomer, that we
accept the subdivision plat as presented on the condition that Mr. Mace pay $2,220
into the park fund controlled by the planning board.
