Board Meeting Minutes
The Meeting was held on June 26, 2014 at Chamber Log Cabin. In attendance were: Executive Board
Members: VP- Molly Conrad, Co -VP - Amanda Frye and chamber secretary Marcia Hafner. Directors: HoIIy
Anderson, Donnie McVee, and Tom Latos. Members: Reese from Ace and Phyllis Bromgard. Guests: Carrie
Pre ller and Wendy Means.
Amanda called the meeting to order.
The minutes were approved: moved to approve - Molly, 2n - Donnie.
The financial report was approved and bills were presented for payment: moved to approve - HoIIy, 2n -
Molly.
Old BUSINESS
• July 4th Committee - Everything is about ready for the 4t Tom has tools to cut plastic zip
ties.
• Shriner's Tailgate party- Everything is progressing well.
• Door -the cost for the handles changed as the ones chosen did not fit the door.
• New Board Member -Wendy Means was voted in as a new board member to replace Dan.
Michelle voted "yes" over the phone. Moved to replace - HoIIy, 2nd - Molly. One more
position needs to be filled.
New BUSINESS
• Radio interview - This is advertising for the 4t of July
• TV interview -Also done for the 4t of July advertising.
