INSURANCE COMMITTEE
JULY 7, 1999 7:00 P.M.
OLD COUNCIL CHAMBERS
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Miles Walton
Dirk Kroll
Mary Embleton
Bud Amold (Union rep)
Mike Ludwig (Union rep)
Les Deines (Union rep)
Discussed the advantages and disadvantages of all companies and their options.
Miles motioned to recommend to the council to offer the dual option with New
West and Yellowstone Community Health Plan for medical insurance coverage,
seconded by Bud and passed unanimously.
Miles motioned to recommend to the council to also offer the vision, dental,
prescription card and the life and ADD coverages, seconded by Bud and passed
unanimously.
Mary was instructed to notify the agencies and set up dates and times for
enrollment.
Meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
