ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.68.100 OF THE
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE
AMENDING THE JUDGE'S SALARY
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 2.68.100 of the LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE is hereby
amended to read as follows:
City Judge - Salary.
The annual salary of the city judge shall be twenty-two thousand five
hundred dollars, paid on the regularly established pay days of the City, and shall
receive a fringe benefit of the regular group health coverage supplied to city
employees, retroactive to July 1, 2001.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final passage
by the City Council and approved by the Mayor.
Introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on October 2, 2001, by Alderman Temple
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second reading
this 16th day of October, 2001, upon motion of Alderman
Johnson
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR this 16th day of October, 2001.
