BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
JUNE 8, 1999 7:00 P.M.
OLD COUNCIL CHAMBERS
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Chairman Bud Johnson
Ken Olson
Gay Easton
Mary Embleton
Reviewed the budgets with the preliminary changes and discussed shortfalls.
Discussed follow-up process throughout the year.
Mary suggested some options and explained the numerous variables affecting
property tax revenues.
Need to discuss allocation of General Fund money to Capital Improvements
Project at the next meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 14th, at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
