August 14, 1979
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor, Larry D.
Herman, at 5:00 p.m., on August 14, 1979. This was a continuation of
the meeting on August 13, 19.79, for the purpose of adopting the final
budget and mill levy.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Albert Ehrlick Bill Brennan
Susan Carter Ervin Metzger
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Harold Burns Donald Meyers
Duane Behm Terry Fink
There was discussion and a recommendation on the sweeping district. ;
It was recommended by the aldermen present that 50~ a frontage foot would.
be charged to residences within the district and a .$1.50 for business property.
No action was taken because there wasn't a quorum present.
Meeting continued to August 21, 1979, regular council meeting.
There being no further business to come re the council at this
time, the meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
