A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, ~ was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor, Larry D.
Herman, at g:00 p.m., on July 25, 1979, for the purpose of receiving of I
bids and sale of bonds for SID No. 102. i
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Harold Burns Bill Brennan
Duane Behm Susan Carter
Donald Meyers Ervin Metzger

RESOLUTION N0. 1758 ~'i
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE RECEIVING OF BIDS ~ ~I
AND THE LETTING OF A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF IMPROVEMENTS IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
N0. 102.
Motion by Alderman Meyers that whereas the following resolution was, '
through ,inadvertence, omitted from the minutes of the meeting of the City 'i
Council on Tuesday, July 17, 1978, NOW THEREFORE, it is moved that the
minutes of said meeting be amended nunc pro tunc to include the hereinafter specified resolution, seconded by Alderman Behm. Carried, with Alderman
Burns voting '?no .
RESOLUTION N0. 1759
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND
THE SALE THEREOF, THE PROCEEDS OF SAID SALE TO BE
USED IN MAKING PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR OR CON-
TRACTORS OF SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 102
AND THE COSTS OF CREATING SAID IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
Motion_by Alderman Meyers that whereas the following resolution was,
through inadvertence, omitted from the minutes of the meeting of_the City Council on Tuesday, July l7, 197g, NOW THEREFORE, it is moved that the
minutes of said meeting be amended nunc pro tunc to include the hereinafter
specified resolution, seconded by Alderman Metzger. Carried.
Permission was granted for Alderman Meyers and Metzger to leave the state.
There being no further business to come before the Council at this time,
the meeting was adjourned at g: 0 p~.m.
