Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
May 21, 1979 I
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor, Larry D.
-Herman, at 7:10 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 1979•
COUNCIL MEMBERS. PRESENT: Sue Carter Ervin Metzger
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Albert Ehrlick Bill Brennan
Harold Burns Terry Fink
Duane Behm Donald Meyers
This being the time and place advertised for the opening of bond bids
for the General Obligation Storm Sewer Bonds, the bids were opened and read
aloud.
Only one (1) bid was received which was from Piper, Jaffrey & Hopwood
Incorporated and Associates for 6.30% per annum, payable January 1, 1980,
and semiannually July l and January 1 thereafter. A cashier's check in ~
the amount of $10,000.00 accompanied the bid. 'i i
The bid was received and taken under advisement.
'There being no further busi to come before the council- at this
time, the meeting was adjourned t 7: p.m.

.Approved by the Mayor and passed by the City Council of the City
of Laurel, Montana, this 5th day of June, 1979.
