Motion by Alderman Ehrlick: That Resolution No. 1723 be passed and
adopted. Seconded by Alderman Massey. Carried.

Discussion regarding the curb and gutter at 720 West ?th Street. This
property belcmgs to Tam Prill who claims he eras denied permission to install curb, ;
gutter and sidewalks because of a proposed SIl]. (The proposed SID has since
failed). Letter of protest attached. I,
Motion by Alderman Ehrlick: That Pri.ll be given a chance to install his own curb anal gutter as long as he begins the project before the
SID is started main. Seconded by Alderman Meyers. Carried.
Discussion regarding the covering of the ditch on 8th Avenue, and
cutting the street down ~t 7th Street and 8th Avenue.
Motion by Alderman Meyers: To put the culvert in and cover the ditch I
at th Avenue and 7th Street; also cut the street down. Seconded by
Alderman Carter. Carried. These items to be put in the bUd~et next
year.
Discussion regarding putting snow in public roadways.
Discussion r~gardin~; Barked vehicles in violation of the 5 day Qrdinance.
Lenhardt c3.irPcted to give citations for vehicles parked. i.n violation of the 5 day Ordinance.
Motion by Alderman Ehrlick: That the Street and Alley Cc~run~_ttee
minutes be entered 3.nto the official record. Seconded by Alderman
Meyers. Carried.

Mayor cam.plimen~ed the Street Department for Snow 1~emovaZ.

Mayor stated that he felt the Christmas Party was very much a success
and would like to canmend and thank everyone for going. ! I
City Attorney directed to send Mace Realty one more letter regarding
a past due bill with the City for ~1,3~3.60, giving him lantil the next regular
