A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Larry D.
Herman, at 5:00 p.m., on September 8, 1980,
bids on SIDs~o. 104 and No. 105.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Albert Ehrlick

COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:

This being the time and place advertised the bond bids were opened
and read aloud.
YELLOWSTONE BANK - LAUREL~ MONTANA:
SID No. 104 $78,396.98 9.75%
SID No. 105 42,477.09 9.75%
The cost of bond printing will be paid by Yellowstone Bank.
LEAR L. FLANAGAN~ JR. - HOBSON~ MONTANA:
SID No. 104 no bid
SID No. 105 $42,477.09 10.25%
The SID is to pay for the cost of bond printing.
RESOLUTION NO. 1810
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID BY THE CITY OF LAUREL
TO YELLOWSTONE BANK, LAUREL, MONTANA, BID RELATING
TO SALE OF BONDS FOR SID #104 IN THE AMOUNT OF
$78,396.98 AT 9.75% INTEREST.
Motion by Alderman Fink that Resolution No. 1810 be passed and adopted,
seconded by Alderman Ehrlick. Carried.
RESOLUTION NO. 1811
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID BY THE CITY OF LAUREL
TO YELLOWSTONE BANK, LAUREL, MONTANA, BID RELATING
TO SALE OF BONDS FOR SID #105 IN THE AMOUNT OF
$42,477.09 AT 9.75% INTEREST.
Motion by Alderman Fink that Resolution No. 1811 be passed and adopted,
seconded by Alderman Ehrlick. Carried.
This being the time and place advertised, the construction bids were
opened and read aloud.

RESOLUTION NO. 1812
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID BY THE CITY OF LAUREL
TO LONG CONSTRUCTION COo, BID FOR SID #104 IN
THE AMOUNT OF $48,691.00.
Motion by Alderman Fink that Resolution No. 1812 be
seoonded by Alderman Ehrlick. Carried.
RESOLUTION NO. 18lB
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID BY THE CITY OF LAUREL
TO LONG CONSTRUCTION CO., BID FOR SID #105 IN
THE AMOUNT OF $26,808.25.
Motion by Alderman Brennan that Resolution No. 1813 be passed
seoonded by Alderman Metzger. Carried.
There being no further business to~_o~me before the Counoil at this
time, the meeting was adjourned.
