The Nutting Drain Board is no longer in existence. In order to reactivate a board we
would need to submit names to a District Court Judge.
I am asking if there is any interest in residents serving on this drain district. If you, as a
property owner, would like to submit your name for this board, please send the enclosed
Board Application to the Yellowstone County Commissioners' office. I have also
enclosed the Montana State Statutes regarding drainage districts to better help you
understand the duties and requirements of this position.
I would like to present names to the Commissioners by Tuesday, February 20, 2001.
