BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER IlL, SECTION S-l, of
THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF LAUREL, 19~1, AND CHANGING THE
MEETING DATE OF THE C~Y COUNCIL AND DECLARING AN EMEr-
GENCY THEREFORE: -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAUREL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That Section ~-1 ~ Chapter ffI. of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Laurel shall hereby be amended to provide that
the City Council shall meet on the first and third Mondays in each month,
beginning wtth the month of-Amp*t, 1971.
Section 9.. The remaining provisions of maid Section 3-1
shalt remaia the same.
Section 3. It is hereby declared that an emergency exists
and this ordinance ~%_=_1! be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passing.
