BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF AN ALLEY PREVIOUSLY DEDICATED TO PUBLIC USE.
WHEREAS, a petition having been previously presented
and filed with the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana
to vacate and abandon a certain portion of an alley in West
Laurel Subdivision, and'the same having been duly set for hearing~
and it appearing from the proof on file with the City Clerk ~at
all of the property owners of the lots on said alley have consented
and that is has been determined that said alley may be vacated
and abandoned without detriment to the public interest, and that
due and legal notice has been given as required by law (Sec. 11-
2802~ R.C.M.).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAUP~L that the following
described portion of an alley in the City of Laurel, Montana be
and the same are hereby discontinued and vacated:
All of that portion of the previously dedicated
alley abutting upon:
Lots 11 through 20 of the South Half (S½) of Block
2~ West Laurel subdivision~ according to the official
plat thereof now of record and on file with the Clerk
and Recorder of Yellowstone County, Montana.
To be effective immediately upon passage.
Passed and Approved by the City Council of the City
of Laurel this ~/~ day of March, 1975.
