at 11:00 a.m. on Jan 26th,2026

Approval of Minutes—All minutes were approved Judy and 2nd by Dean—all in favor
New Business:
Ditch Covering Task 45—Construction has started. They will be having weekly meetings on Tuesdays.
Lighting on SE 411 St. Task Order#6—
• Forrest is waiting for the advised and updated lighting cost analysis for land owners
• March 11th 4-6pm will be an open house for landowners
Forrest will have the letters out to landowners by Feb 23"with the following included
o Invitation
o District Map
o Cost Est
Project 1: Bids will be going out the end of Feb 2026. We are still waiting on MDT 100%design approval. Hoping for
that by next meeting.
Old Business:
Updated By Laws: The ordinance will go before the council on Tuesday 271 for the 2nd reading. We will have one
vacant spot that will need to be filled.
E. Railroad Path—Shoulder work has been completed by the city.
Other updates:
Big Sky EDA& Beartooth RC&D—Space to Place grants are open for submissions
Announcements: Next meeting will be Feb 9th,2026
