AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BEER AND
LIQUOR LICENSE FEES FOR THE CITY OF
LAUREL, AND AMENDING ~i5-1, CHAPTER
XV, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LAUREL, MONTANA, 1961
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, MONTANA:
Secti®n 1. BEER WHOLESALER FEE. The license fee to the City
of Laurel for anyone doing business as a beer wholesaler, as defined
by the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code, shall be the sum of One Hundred
Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($150.00) per year.
Section 2. BEER RETAILER FEE. The license fee to the City
of Laurel for anyone doing business as a beer retailer, as defined
by the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code, shall be the sum of One Hundred
and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) per year.
Section 3. BEER AND WINE RETAILER FEE. The license fee to
the City of Laurel for anyone doing business as a beer and wine retailer,
as defined by the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code, shall be the sum
of One Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($150.00) per year.
Section 4. ALL BEVERAGE RETAILER FEE. The license fee to
the City of Laurel for anyone doing business as an all beverage retailer,
as defined by the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code, shall be the sum
of Three Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($300.00).
Section 5. FRATERNAL CLUB OR ORGANIZATION FEE. The license
fee to the City of Laurel for any fraternal club or organization entitled
to an alcoholic beverage license under the Montana Alcoholic Beverage
Code shall be the same fee as set forth in ~ 2, 3, and 4.
Section 6. DUE DATE OF LICENSE FEES. All license fees, as
provided by this chapter shall be due on the first day of July of
each and every year, and said license shall be for a period of from
the first day of July, until the thirtieth day of June of each and
every year. All applications for such licenses must be filed with
the City Treasurer of the City of Laurel on or before the first day
of June of each and every year so that the same My be acted upon
by the City Council prior to the first day of July following.
Section 7. REPEAL. ~15-1, Chapter XV, Revised Ordinances
of the City of Laurel, Montana, 1961, is hereby repealed.
