BEING AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING OF CAMP
TRAILERS AND OTHER CNATTELS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana:
Section 1: P.a. rkin$ -- where ~e._rmitted and prohibited. Automobiles,
boats, camp trailers, mobile homes, or other chattels, under twenty-seven
(27) feet in length, being manufacturer,s specifications, may be stored in
back yards within the City; however, it shall be unlawful for any person or
firm to store these articles in any side yard, front yard, or boulevard within
the City.
Section 2: Five (5) da~ l~mtt. All automobiles, boats, camp trailers,
campers, or mobile homes, shall not be parked for a period exceeding five (5)
days without moving, except when stored in the back yard as provided in this
Ordinance.
Section 3: Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this Ordinance shall be fined as provided for under the General Penalty
Ordinance for the City of Laurel.
Section 4: Separate Offenses. Each such person is guilty of a
separate offense and each and every day during any portion of which any
violation of any provision of the Ordinance of the City is committed,
continued, or permitted by any such person, and each shall he punished
accordingly.
Section 5: Re__~_~. Ail ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with
any of the provisions herein contained are hereby repealed.
Section 6: This Ordinance shell be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after passage herewith.
