ORDINANCE NO. 631
BEING AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE "UNIFORM PLUMBING
CODE", 1976 EDITION AS THE PLUMBING CODE OF THE
CITY OF LAUREL.
WH~{EAS, it is in the public interest and necessity that the City of
Laurel adopt a code for plumbing, and that the International Association of
Plmabing and Mechanical Officials, Los Angeles, California, have published,
prepared and adopted the Uniform Plumbing C~de, 1976 edition and said code
meets the requirements of the City of Laurel,
IT IS N~EBY ORDAINED:
A certain document, °~e (1) copy of which is on file in the office of
the city engineer, desig~,mted as "Uniform Plumbing Code," 1976 edition and
new editions made thereto, and any aw~ndments, additions, new editions, or
modifications made thereto, since publication of the bound volume, published
and adopted by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical
Officials, Los Angeles,. California, with certain revisions and modifications
by the said City of Laurel, shall be t~e plumbing code for the City of Laurel
and providing penalties for violation. Ail of the regulations, provisions,
penalties, conditions and terms of said Uniform Plumbing Code are hereby msae
a par% of this chapter and/or ordinance as if f,,1]y set out herein.
