BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XVI AND ANY PREVIOUS
AMENDMENTS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES of LAUREL 1961, BY THE
CHANGING OF THE FINE FOR VIOLATING THE PROVISIONS OF SAID
CHAPTER,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL,
MONTANA,
THAT CHAPTER XVI OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES of LAUREL 1961
AND ALL PREVIOUS AMENDMENTS THERETO PERTAINING TO THE FINE
FOR VIOLATING SAID CHAPTER IS HEREBY AMENDEDAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Any person or persons failing to comply with or violating
any of the provisions of Chapter XVI of Revised Ordinances of Laurel 1961
or any amendments thereto shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not less than $25.00 nor more
than $300.00.
Section 2. Any provision of the said Chapter XVI or any amendment
thereto in conflict with this ordinance is herewith repealed.
Section 3. Ail other provisions of the said Chapter XV! and amendments
thereto shall remain in full force and effect.
