ORDINANCE N0. 647
BEING AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING Tl3E RESIllENTIAL MOBILE HOME ZONE
FOR THE CITY OF LAUREL, MONTANA.
wfiEREAS, it is in the public interest and necessity that the
City of Laurel adopt the Residential Mobile Home Zone.
BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, bIONTANA:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of passage of
this Ordinance the City of Laurel, shall be in conformance with the R.M.H.
Zone set up for the City of Laurel, Montana.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on November 15,
1977, by Alderman Meyers.

17,40.040 Density The maximum allowable density for
all mc~ile home Paris shall be nine (9) mobile homes
per net acre,

17,40,050 Lot dimensions
A, POr single-iaide mobile home dwelling units,
minimum site dimensions shall be forty (40)
feet wide and one hundred (100) feet deep with
a minimum site area of four thousand (4,000)
square feet,

specified for such mobile homes by the city
