AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING AN ANNUAL NOTIFICATION
OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT SERVICE RATES TO EACH SYSTEM USER
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel
there is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code a Section
13.08.240 which is to read as follows:
13.08.240 RATE NOTIFICATION. Each user will be notified,
at least annually, in conjunction with a regular bill, of
the rate and that portion of the user charges which are attri-
butable to wastewater treatment services.
Passed by the Laurel City Council and approved by the
Mayor this 18th day of September, 1979.
