AN ORDINANCE ADDING THE PROHIBITION OF CLEAR WATER CONNECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel
there is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code to Section
18.08.070 the following which is to read:
No person shall make connection of roof downspouts,
exterior foundation drains, areaway drains, or other sources
of surface runoff or groundwater to a building sewer or
building drain which in turn is connected directly or
indirectly to a public sanitary sewer.
Passed by the Laurel City Council and approved by the
Mayor this 18th day of September, 1979.
