UTILITIES AND LOT IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, there
is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code to Section 18.40.055
the following:
Section 18.40.055 Utilities and lot improvements. Water
and sewer services shall not be extended to a subdivision,
which has been approved for platting or replatting, within
one mile of the nearest limits of the city, until a waiver of
annexation by the owner of the lot or lots to receive the
services is executed and filed with the County Clerk and Recorder
and the execution of assurances that the roadways providing
access to the subject lot or lots have been constructed and
paved, and curb and gutter installed, or shall be completed
in not less than ninety {90) days from the date of receiving
water and sewer services.

February 5 , 1980, by Alderman Ehrlick
Passed by the Laurel City Council and approved by the
Mayor this 5th day of February , 1980.
