TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 605, SECTION 5.48.540 OF
THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, there is
hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code an amendment to Section
5.48.540 to read as follows:
Section 5.48.540 Administration. All matters concerning
application for permits and issuance of permits for and on behalf of
the City of Laurel shall be handled by the Mayor, in coordination
with the City Treasurer and the Laurel Chief of Police.
Section 5.48.550 Rules and Regulations. The Mayor, through
the Treasurer and the Chief of Police, shall formulate procedural
rules and regulations.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on July 1,
1980, by Alderman Meyers.
Passed by the Laurel City
