HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 683A ORDINANCE NO. 683 ~ AMENDING ZONING REGULATIONS BE IT ORDAINED by the Couneil of the City of Laurel, the following changes be made to the Laurel Municipal Code in Chapter 17; Zoning Regulations: Chapter 17.40.010 E (1) Location of accessory building: In any residential district all accessory buildings shall be loeated in the rear yard and shall be not less than two feet from the rear or side lot line nor less than two feet from the alley line. In the ease of a corner lot in a residential dis- trict, with a side lot line parallel to a side street and a rear lot line abutting the side lot line of a lot having frontage on such side street, an accessory building shall be located in the rear yard of such corner lot maintaining a setback of not less than 20 feet from the side street. The side yard of the accessory building shall be the same minimum width required for the principal building located on the lot fronting the side street. If such accessory building is set back at least 10 feet behind the rear of the principal building on the lot fronting such side street~ such accessory buildSng may be located not less than two feet from the rear and side lot lines of such oorner lot.
