AMENDING SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, the
following changes be made to the Laurel Municipal Code in
Chapter 18; Subdivision Regulations:
Chapter 1B.24 (Table of Contents} Reserved
Chapter 18.12.1B0 Delete entire definition subsection
Chapter 18.24 Delete entire chapter
Chapter 18.48.010 C. The fair market value of undeveloped
land shall be determined by the appraisal/negotiation process
approved by the Planning Board.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
Aug. 5, 1980, by Alderman Ehrlick
Passed by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
