ESTABLISHING GARBAGE FEES FOR OUT OF CITY
RESIDENTS FOR DEPOSITING OF GARBAGE, TRASH,
AND WASTE AT THE CITY OF LAUREL LANDFILL DUMP.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
there is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code to Section 8
the following which is to read:
Section 8.16.020 Out of City Residents Garbage Fees
The annual out of city residents fee for depositing of garbage,
trash, and waste at the City of Laurel Landfill Dump shall be
Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per year. The refuse fee may from time
to time be changed by resolution of the Laurel City Council.
Introduced by Councilman Behm at a regular meeting
of the Laurel City Council.
Passed this 20 day of January , 1981, by the entire council
present.
