AMENDING CHAPTER 2.36 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, TRAVEL EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, that
the Laurel Municipal Code Section 2.B6.010, 2.B6.020, and 2.26.030
be amended to read as foilows:
Section 2.B6.010 Mileage. Members of the council, employees
and all other persons who may be entitled to mileage paid from
public funds, when using their own automobiles in the performance
of official duties, are entitled to collect mileage for the dis-
tance actually traveled by automobile and no more, unless other-
wise specifically provided under Title 2, Chapter 18, Part 5,
Montana Codes Annotated.
Section 2.36.020 Airplane expense. Members of the council,
employees, and all other persons who may be entitled to mileage
paid from public funds, when using their own airplanes in the
performance of official duties, are entitled to collect mileage
for the distance actually traveled as provided under Title 2,
Chapter 18, Part 5, Montana Codes Annotated.
Section 2.26.030 Trav~ Meals and Lodging. Members of the
council, employees, and all other persons who may be engaged in
the performance of official duties shall be compensated for
travel, meals and lodging as provided under Title 2, Chapter 18,
Part 5, Montana Codes Annotated.

Passed by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
this 7thday of April , 1981.
