BEING AN ORDINANCE REPEALING Title 14, Chapter 14.04,
Sections 14.04. 010 through 14.04. 070 of the Revised Ordinances of the
City of Laurel, Montana
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council that whereas the City of
Laurel has created a Municipal Airport Authority pursuant to State Law,
to-wit: Statute 67-11-102 M. C.A. (1979), which Municipal Authority is a
public body, corporate, and politic, with all of the powers and authority
granted under State ]aw; and
WHEREAS, the hereinafter cited provisions of the Municipal Code
conflict with the authority granted the Municipal Airport Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained that Title 14, Chapter 14. 04
entitled "Airport Commission", Sections 14.04. 010 through 14.04. 070, are
herewith repealed.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after its
passage.
